"Hope is not lost when citizens decide to stand up and take responsibility."
At a time when many Nigerians have grown tired, disappointed, and increasingly hopeless about the state of our nation, a new spirit is rising among ordinary citizens — especially young Nigerians who believe that our country can still be better.
The Village Boy Movement was born from that belief. We are young Nigerians organizing ourselves, raising our voices, and building a grassroots movement around the vision of a Nigeria where leadership is driven by competence, accountability, compassion, and service to the people.
We support Peter Obi because we believe his story, record, and vision represent the kind of leadership many Nigerians are asking for. But this movement is bigger than one individual. It is about citizens who refuse to surrender their future and who are ready to participate in building the Nigeria they want to see.
We are not waiting for Nigeria to change. We are organizing to be part of the change.
2027 is not just another election. It is an opportunity for Nigerians to become more organized, informed, and active in deciding the future of our country. The Village Boy Movement is building a grassroots network of citizens who are ready to participate, educate, mobilise, and stand for a credible democratic process.
Build a strong grassroots network from the pulling unit to the ward, local government, and state levels. We will organize citizens, volunteers, and supporters to participate meaningfully in the democratic process.
Establish a dedicated movement control room to coordinate grassroots activities, monitor election-day developments, receive verified reports, and maintain communication across wards, local governments, and states.
Educate voters on their rights and lawful ways to protect their votes, document irregularities, report concerns through proper channels, and remain peaceful throughout the electoral process.
Take voter education to communities, wards, and local governments. Help Nigerians understand the electoral process, their rights, their responsibilities, and the importance of participating in elections.
Connect our grassroots structure from polling units and wards through local government areas to state coordination teams, creating a disciplined and responsive network of volunteers.
Encourage responsible election observation by collecting and organizing verified information from the grassroots while promoting peaceful, lawful, and transparent participation.
We believe elections should not be left to a few political stakeholders. Ordinary Nigerians must organize, participate, stay informed, and defend the integrity of their votes through peaceful and lawful means.
From the pulling unit to the ward, from the local government to the state — we organize, we participate, we stand.
"Nigeria can work, and Nigeria must work. We have the people, resources, market, talent, and enterprise. What we must do now is turn these strengths into security, productivity, and shared prosperity."

A powerful alliance bringing together the Southeast and North. Peter Obi and Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso represent a fusion of fiscal discipline and human capital development.
Kwankwaso's focus on technical training, education, and infrastructure in Kano complements Obi's production-centered economic vision. Together, they form the OK Campaign Council — a team ready to reset Nigeria.
Competence + Character + Compassion
"Our experiences are different, but our conclusion is the same: Nigeria must invest in its people and manage public resources with discipline."
